Terri is a Principal at CMTA’s Boston office and has been with the firm since 1993. Throughout her years at the firm, Terri has been involved in the design, analysis and construction services for commercial, healthcare and higher education projects related to new construction, major HVAC infrastructure and challenging equipment/system replacement retrofit projects related to central energy plants (chillers, boilers and CHP). With a focus on energy efficiency, Terri improves  the design of  air handling units, energy management systems and space fit outs. She is a member of ASHRAE and is committed to sharing her extensive engineering knowledge internally and externally.
