Over the past decade, the LEED Gold-certified Liberty Mutual Tower at 157 Berkeley Street has made significant strides in energy and carbon reduction through aggressive continuous commissioning and other infrastructure upgrades, making it one of Boston’s best performing commercial office buildings. This session will present practical and pragmatic strategies that building ownwers can employ for decreasing energy use and operating costs, as well as complying with BERDO regulations and ensuring sustainable building operations.
