To reflect our commitment to making our programs accessible, we offer a volunteer work-exchange for all NESEA Members and special pricing for students, emerging professionals, and government and non-profit employees. See the table and descriptions below for more information. There is limited availability for special pricing tickets. NESEA Member pricing is listed in green. Non-Profit & Government Pricing: To qualify for Non-Profit/Government member pricing, you must be an employee of a current NESEA Non-Profit/Government Member. For employees of non-member organizations, please contact registration@nesea.org to receive a discount code for registration. Non-profits that are not NESEA Members should be prepared to send a copy of their 501(c)(3) exemption letter. Learn more about non-profit/government membership ($250) or join today.
Emerging Professional Pricing: To qualify for emerging professional pricing, you must be a current NESEA Emerging Professional Member. Emerging professional membership ($50) is available to professionals who have been working in their current industry for 5 years or less. Student Pricing: To qualify for student pricing, you must be a current NESEA Student Member. Learn more about student membership ($25) or join today.

Spring 2025 Be The Future Scholarship: As part of our ongoing efforts to welcome more students and new professionals into our programs and community, NESEA is currently accepting applications for the Spring 2025 BE the Future scholarship cycle from students and emerging professionals. 50th Anniversary Celebration
Join us on Thursday, March 20th to as we celebrate 50 years of NESEA! We'll gather to celebrate our first fifty years, our plans for the future, and our growing NESEA community. This event is open to the public, and tickets are required (these can be purchased along with your conference registration). Read more here...
Refunds & Credits
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for conference passes. If you cancel your registration by March 1, you may request a credit for a future NESEA event. You may also request a credit at any time if you need to cancel for health reasons.
