This recently-completed 271,000 square foot facility was built to serve over 1,300 students and the community for years to come. Join NESEA as we tour Solara Phase 3, a low embodied carbon, market-rate, net zero multifamily complex in Rotterdam, NY. The complex, including the first two phases, will be the largest market-rate net zero complex in the US upon completion.
