What is the timeline for the trade show?
The BuildingEnergy Boston 2020 trade show will be a virtual Methods & Materials Showcase that will take place on Wednesday, August 12.
What does a virtual exhibit table look like?
View an example of a virtual exhibit table here. Some features to note are:
- A live video conference room where attendees meet with you.
- A custom landing page for pre-recorded video, handouts, product/service descriptions, and information about your booth staff.
- The ability start scheduling one-on-one appointments with attendees prior to the event.
How many staff can I bring and how do I get them registered?
Each virtual exhibit table includes four full conference passes and unlimited trade show passes. You will also have the option to register additional members of your team for full conference passes at a discounted rate. Sarah Bartholomew will provide information on how to get your staff registered.
Can exhibitors attend the conference sessions?
Yes. Exhibit tables include four full conference passes, which include access to all conference sessions.
How do I purchase trade show passes for clients and prospects?
Exhibiting companies receive unlimited trade show passes to distribute to their networks. Please contact Sarah Bartholomew at sbartholomew@nesea.org for details.
Can I get a pre-show copy of the attendee list?
We do not distribute the attendee list pre-show.
Will I receive a post-show attendee list?
Yes, you will receive a copy of the attendee list after the conference, which you may use for a one-time e-mail outreach.
Can I speak at the conference?
An RFP process for speaking roles occurs in June. Please check for that opportunity for BuildingEnergy Boston 2021 in June of 2020.
How can I promote the show?
