Neetu Siddarth serves as Sustainability Manager – Energy Utilities at BXP, the largest publicly-traded developer, owner and manager of Class A office properties in the United States. In her role, she spearheads the strategic planning and execution of decarbonization initiatives, carbon neutral operations planning, facilitates renewable energy procurement, and engages stakeholders to drive sustainability initiatives. She leads efforts for compliance planning related to building performance standards across the portfolio, actively participates in technical working groups with policymakers and regulators on decarbonization and electrification topics. Her professional focus in sustainable and high-performance building design, employing technical analysis to help projects implement energy efficiency and carbon reduction strategies. She is passionate about helping integrate sustainability and the triple bottom line into every business decision. Ms. Siddarth holds a Master of Architecture from University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a Bachelor of Architecture from Indian Institute of Technology at Roorkee, India.
