Matthew McCue has spent the past 15 years in the Built Environment serving the Energy, Sustainability and Demand Response markets. Matt started his career in Real Estate working as the Director of Sales for CodeGreen Solutions in 2010. 2010 was also the start of Mayor Bloomberg’s Greener, Greater Buildings Plan designed to reduce 80% Carbon Emissions in New York City’s Built Environment by 2050. Matt was able to capture 25% of the New York City’s commercial real estate square footage as clients via Local Law 84 compliance (ENERGY STAR Benchmarking) and Local Law 87 compliance (ASHRAE Level 2 Energy Audits & Retro-Commissioning) services. The foundation of this work was used to springboard CodeGreen’s clients into LEED Certified and ENERGY STAR Labeled buildings while developing the framework to respond to Environmental, Social and Governance reporting and achieve Corporate Sustainability and Local Law Decarbonization goals.
Matt is currently the NYISO Account Executive for CPower Energy Management the largest Demand Response provider in the United States managing over 6 Gigawatts of energy.
