New York State is Updating the Code: Discussion on Timing and Proposed Changes
New York State is preparing to update the State Energy Code and Uniform Code requirements. This session will discuss the rulemaking process, current timeline, and some of the proposed changes under consideration. This presentation will also touch on new construction decarbonization rules under consideration as part of the code update.
