Through its Decarbonization Pathways and Triple Decker Pilots, MassCEC is seeking to demonstrate replicable and broadly scalable approaches for all-electric “2050-ready” retrofits of 1-3 family homes. With real-world examples and best practice approaches, these projects will serve as a model as the Commonwealth pursues its goal of 2+ million decarbonized buildings by 2050. Early findings and lessons learned will be shared, including recommended policy and program updates that can accelerate the pace and depth of building decarbonization.
