Thomas Gallagher is the MEP Project Director at JRM Construction Management where he is responsible for managing all MEPS pre-construction and construction activities. Thomas brings over 15 years of experience in planning, constructing, and maintaining critical infrastructure in a variety of projects including major building renovations and infrastructure upgrades, data centers, and high-rise new building construction. Some of his more notable projects include The Beekman Hotel and Residences, and The Wheeler Project an overbuild of the Macy’s building in downtown Brooklyn. He has extensive knowledge in budget forecasting, value engineering, and project scheduling. He works closely with the project team to ensure building systems are delivered on schedule, tested and commissioned. Thomas is a licensed professional engineer in the state of NY. He graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
