Samantha Caputo is a Manager on the Regulatory Affairs and Market Development team at Opower Oracle. Prior to joining Opower, Samantha worked as a Senior Policy & Research Associate at Northeast Energy Efficiency partnerships (NEEP). Samantha has experience in state, regional, and local regulations and policies in advanced efficiency strategies. She completed an accelerated degree program at Clark University, graduating in 2015 with a B.A. in Global Environmental Studies and Spanish, and in 2016 with a M.S. in Environmental Science and Policy.
