Since growing up on the Phillips Exeter Academy campus in Exeter, New Hampshire, Peter Warren hasn't strayed far from his roots, building facilities for colleges and prep schools all over Maine. Out of college, he got his start in commercial building and, since starting Warren Construction Group in 1999, has overseen the construction of an extraordinarily wide variety of campus, commercial, and residential projects.
With depth and breadth of experience, Warren Construction Group is committed to maintaining timeless high standards of quality while embracing the latest in energy-efficient technology. While remaining rooted in foundational building principles, Warren Construction Group heartily embraces innovative technologies and techniques. The guiding principle is to successfully plan, manage, and build each project to the highest possible level of satisfaction for the client and architect.
Peter fosters strong relationships with the owners and architects he works with, many of whom choose to collaborate with WCG again and again. From the outset, WCG approaches every project with personal interest, pride, and transparency.
When Peter talks about what he loves best—building—and you'll hear him say, "The homeowner, architect, and contractor make up a three-legged stool. When those parts are working in collaboration, that's a great project." Dozens of great projects and referrals later, Peter and the team at Warren Construction Group have proven themselves to be effective communicators who are innately driven to get every job done right. This commitment is evident in everything from the craftsmanship in the detail work to the intelligence of the mechanical systems in Warren Construction Group-built homes and facilities.
