Patrick Roche manages MAPC’s work on natural gas leaks, green municipal aggregation, and LED streetlight retrofits. Patrick led a 2016 study for MAPC on ways to improve municipal-gas company coordination to accelerate the removal of leak-prone pipe. The project produced best practice recommendations for municipalities and gas companies, available at FixOurPipes.Org.
Prior to working at MAPC, Patrick worked in operations and policy roles at Conservation Services Group (now CLEAResult) and as a product manager at the home automation company, Building 36 Technologies. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Policy from Colby College.
