Molly Dee-Ramasamy is the Director of the JB&B Deep Carbon Reduction, a team focused on decarbonization in the built environment. Her experience includes energy- and carbon-reduction master planning, strategic electrification, decarbonization consulting, industry research and innovation. Since founding the Deep Carbon Reduction Group in 2019, Molly has successfully led 50+ building decarbonization and electrification studies representing millions of square feet of real estate. Many of these studies have been public-private partnerships with state and city agencies that serve to demonstrate decarbonization approaches that are scalable, resource efficient, and that promote grid flexibility in dense urban environments. Molly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mechanics from the University of Pennsylvania. She is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New York, and a Certified Energy Auditor of the Association of Energy Engineers.
