Lisa is a utility professional with over 20 years experience in energy management working alongside the New York Joint Utilities, the NYS Public Service Commission, NYSERDA, and networks of energy service professionals. Prior to joining National Grid, Lisa was responsible for Low Income Programs and Customer Advocacy at NYSEG and RG&E where she led the development of their award winning low-income energy efficiency program. In her current role leading National Grid’s NY Customer Energy Management, she is responsible for the planning, design and strategy for their suite of energy efficiency programs. Lisa is committed to supporting green building and sustainability practices through addressing the energy needs of utility customers from the program design, implementation, evaluation, and regulatory policy perspective.
