Jonathan Ellowitz, PE, is a project engineer at Thornton Tomasetti in Boston. He works on a broad spectrum of projects ranging from litigation support and structural retrofits, to building envelope and new construction. He received his Master of Engineering in High-Performance Structures from MIT. Jonathan co-leads Thornton Tomasetti's internal embodied carbon community of practice, and he is excited about its growing influence on the firm's efforts to reduce the carbon footprint of its projects.
