James is an engineer and project manager who works on existing building retrofit and ground-up new construction projects in the NYC metro area. James helps Bright Power clients reduce energy consumption and implement successful projects while identifying and sourcing incentives to improve project economics. Recently, James has focused on electrification feasibility studies as building owners seek to explore dramatically reducing their portfolio's carbon emissions to mitigate their impact on the environment and comply with NYC's local energy laws.
