Fatou Njie-Jallow has worked at NECC since 2001. Over the last two decades, she has evolved from teacher to health care coordinator and operations manager in the nursing department, to director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). In her current role, Ms. Njie-Jallow is developing a DEI strategy and framework to support NECC’s strategic plan. She is leading the way to create a work environment where the students are supported with a diverse, engaged workforce. She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Lebanon Valley College. Fatou earned her master’s in health administration from Regis College, and her certificate in DEI from Cornell University.
