Elissa is a deputy program manager with Con Edison’s Small Business and Non-Profit Energy Efficiency Program. In this role, she helps small businesses and non-profit organizations achieve electric and gas energy savings through incentives for lighting, HVAC, hot water systems, refrigeration, building envelope, and heat pumps. Elissa has a robust background in energy efficiency, with a focus in data management and strategy.
Prior to joining Con Edison, she worked as the director of the Clean Energy Communities Program (CECP) at Solar One. She supported three staff members that were embedded within the NYC Mayor’s Office of Climate & Sustainability, the Department of Citywide Administrative Services Division of Energy Management, and the Community Campaigns Coordinator who works with community-based organizations throughout New York City to help launch clean energy campaigns focused on solar, electrification, and energy efficiency. Elissa was a NYSERDA Clean Energy Coordinator under the CECP program where she was embedded in the NYC Mayor’s Office of Sustainability. She contributed to the City’s program development and data management, leveraging energy and emissions data to support ambitious GHG reductions.
Elissa holds an M.S. in Sustainability Management from Columbia University and a B.S. in Environmental Geoscience from Boston College.
