CJ is a mission-oriented Program Manager at Con Edison, overseeing the Multifamily Energy Efficiency Program and the Affordable Multifamily Energy Efficiency Program non-comprehensive projects. She utilizes data analytics and research methodologies to drive the development of multifamily energy projects and promote the adoption of energy-efficient technologies.

Prior to joining Con Edison, CJ’s career spanned diverse disciplines including climate resiliency, stormwater management and modeling, municipal waste optimization and planning of low-carbon transportation. She brings this interdisciplinary perspective to her work with sustainable buildings. The behavior-centric nature of climate-related work has always been of interest to CJ, and she hopes to inspire more sustainable practices within communities.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical and Biological Engineering from Princeton University with a concentration in Energy and Environmental Studies.
