Asher (he/him) is the General Manager and Salesperson for steveworks LLC, a cooperatively owned residential design/build remodeling company in the Boston-West market.

Asher has been working on construction projects since middle school, a great benefit for a family owned company. He started officially working for steveworks during school breaks in the summer of 2004 and came on board full-time in January 2012. Asher graduated with honors from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a BS in Building and Construction Technology (BCT).

Asher believes that good communication, and managing emotional expectations, are essential for a successful project. Furthermore, Asher firmly believes that DEI and anti-racist actions are critical components for being good builders and stewards for environmental justice and sustainability.
