Mr. Early has over 32 years of solid industry experience. He’s spent 24 of those years honing his skill in Electrical Design. His design experience has earned him the title of Subject Matter Expert in data centers, business continuity, generator installation, power distribution, and UPS. Adam has successfully managed multiple projects spanning the platform of Facilities Management and Electrical Design ranging from $300K to over $530 Million.
At Goldman Sachs Adam managed the design and construction of multiple critical infrastructure projects, held roles as the critical systems and engineering manager and was co-head of Facilities management for the Americas region.
Adam currently is the Americas lead for Infrastructure Planning & Engineering who’s responsibilities include managing the Firm’s engineering guidelines, the Firm’s asset investment plan associated with the infrastructure related investments, heading up due diligence and R&D efforts by leveraging new and innovative products, and managing the strategic environmental and sustainability strategies.
Adam holds a BS in Electrical Engineering received from New Jersey Institute of Technology. Adam is a licensed Professional Engineer and Electrical Contractor. Adam holds memberships with: Institute of Electrical Engineers (IEEE), American Society of Heating, Refrigerator, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA).
