Caroline plays a pivotal role in managing construction projects on the ground while also leading the implementation of Turner’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) commitments across New England. Her work focuses on reducing emissions in construction operations, minimizing both embodied and operational carbon in projects, and diverting waste from landfills. Caroline ensures that sustainability is seamlessly integrated throughout all stages of project development.
In addition to her fieldwork, Caroline cultivates strong relationships with environmentally conscious trade partners, suppliers, vendors, manufacturers, designers, and clients to advance sustainability goals. She actively contributes to projects targeting sustainable certifications or those driven by client-specific environmental objectives. Caroline also stays at the forefront of industry trends, regularly monitoring market developments and emerging technologies to incorporate into her work.
Beyond her project responsibilities, Caroline serves as the Chair of the AGC MA Sustainability Advisory Committee and is a member of the Boston Green Academy CTE Jr. Advisory Committee. She holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Louisiana State University.
