Heather is a registered architect who focuses her work within the arena of Public Interest Design and prioritizes working with non-profit organizations and clients who have a positive impact on their community. She is the architect of record for multiple affordable housing developments in the Triangle area.

She is a member of the SEED Network, the Association for Community Design, the National Organization of Minority Architects, and is the Executive Director of Prism Design Lab.
