Eben Perkins joined CES in 2016 and was promoted to Vice President in 2022. Eben manages CES' consulting practice, helping customers complete targeted market assessments, understand state and federal energy legislation, evaluate on-site and off-site energy project opportunities, and develop long-term strategic plans for energy infrastructure investment. Eben also oversees CES' regulatory interventions and represents the company on the ISO New England Markets Committee. Prior to joining CES, Eben worked in a variety of roles in the electric and telecommunications sectors for Iberdrola USA, Tilson, and Energy Market Innovations.
