Mr. Mills, co-founder of Waterfront Energy Capital, LLC, heads PaceControls, an award-winning, DOE-funded developer of best-in-class, cloud-capable smart grid solutions for 90% of the machines that cool and heat our world. He previously served as Senior Vice President-Business Development for Power Efficiency Corporation. In that role, he was responsible for marketing the company’s NASA-licensed and patented energy-efficiency motor technology to public-sector, commercial and industrial customers, and for managing the firm’s private-label manufacturing relationships with United Technologies, KONE, and other multinational OEMs.
