Steam heating systems serve thousands of buildings in NYC, and many of them are not operating at their potential. This open forum will explore steam heat maintenance tasks that can be performed to improve the operation of the system and the comfort of the tenants. Our panel includes a mechanical engineer who specializes in diagnosing and retro-commissioning steam systems, a director from an HVAC company, and an administrator of NYC’s Retrofit Accelerator Program.
