Moving the Needle on ADU Policy and Production
ADUs can help us take advantage of existing infrastructure and developed land in order to build momentum in the production of resilient housing stock. Join us as we explore exciting developments in ADU and density policies & incentives, review a cross section of ADU residents and property features, and look at two ways to rapidly deploy ADUs. The session will also demonstrate how Accessory Dwellings are a ready mechanism for rapidly increasing housing with manageable impact to infrastructures and the collective carbon footprint.

- Take advantage of efficient methods of off-site construction of ADUs, in order to deliver them on a shorter timeline and with reduced impact to the home's site and neighborhood
- Evaluate a property and understand its potential for an ADU, what type of ADU, and the capacity of a property to support a given sized ADU
