Passivhaus buildings use 90% – 95% less energy for heating and cooling than new buildings to code, and 70% reductions overall. We use environmentally state-of-the-art materials and technologies, most imported from Europe. We are developing innovative technologies around interior air quality, transportation, urban food, health and exercise, and natural light management.
