The job responsibilities of the Superintendent position include:
• Work for the good of our clients, our company and its people, and our trade partners
• Compliance with all company policies and regulations
• Overall field management including administration and personnel oversight
• Developing and maintaining project schedules
• Organization and prioritization of multiple tasks throughout the life of each project
• Coordination of all work to be performed by our team as well as our trade partners
• Ongoing and clear communication with team members and trade partners

Requirements include:
• Key competencies including leadership, initiative, communication, teamwork, managing for results, and coaching and mentoring
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, architectural drawings, and specifications, and an ability to lay out and direct all work from plans and specifications
• A willingness to improve and learn every day
• Master Carpenter skill level
• Massachusetts Construction Supervisors License or ability to obtain
• OSHA 30 Certification or ability to obtain
• Possession of a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Ability to walk, stand, crouch for long periods of time, and carry out strenuous physical tasks
