We seek an experienced, creative Project Manager/Project Architect with 8-12+ years’ experience in design firms to work closely with the Principal-In-Charge in the design and management of multi-family housing and/or civic projects. Minimum requirements: B.Arch or M.Arch degree; MA architecture license or ARE exams in process or completed; strong communication and collaboration skills; construction administration experience; demonstrated experience in PM capacity, leading design efforts, client and community presentations, and overseeing construction drawings; demonstrated skills with consultant coordination and client relationships; experience with contracts, fee proposals, and ability to manage project budgets and team workflow. Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently. Revit or other BIM and Adobe Suite experience preferred.
Highly Desirable: Proficiency in Revit, experience with high-performance multifamily housing and/or civic projects; Experience with public projects and/or non-profits. Experience with public projects under MSBA, DCAMM or other state agencies
