The job responsibilities of the Master Carpenter position include:
• Work for the good of our clients, our company and its people, and our trade partners
• Compliance with all company policies and regulations
• Perform all aspects of carpentry: layout, conduct repairs, framing and finish, installation of windows and doors, take measurements, calculate take-offs, etc.

Requirements include:
• Proficient in rough and finish carpentry skills and knowledge of construction methods and techniques
• Ability and willingness to learn the high-performance construction industry, building science, job site safety requirements, planning and scheduling, building trades and sequence of work, and relevant technology
• A willingness to improve and learn every day
• Possession of a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Ability to walk, stand, crouch for long periods of time, and carry out strenuous physical tasks

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
