Job Summary:
As an experienced Interior Architect, you will work collaboratively with the Principal and Project Leads to develop innovative interior design concepts while working on all phases of a project from the Pre-Design phase through to Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration phases.  You will be responsible for client interactions and presentations; finish research and selection; product research; programming and space planning; producing construction documents; construction administration; writing specifications; and coordination with multiple disciplines.

Required Qualifications:

● 5-10 years minimum of professional experience
● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
● Strong verbal and written communication skills
● A collaborative and professional work ethic
● A good aesthetic sense
● Ability to think creatively and innovatively to solve problems
● Strong sense of self-efficacy to achieve results 
● BIM modeling experience (Archicad preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

● NCIDQ certification, or the intent to achieve
● Project management experience
● Strong interest in sustainable, high-performance, low-carbon design
● Passive House Certification (CPHC or CPHD&C)
● Experience and knowledge of high-performance light wood construction

Compensation:
Salary range is $70,000-$110,000 based on experience.
